Patients are seen by appointment only. Please call for an appointment at 509-966-9480. If you walk in, you will be triaged to the next available appointment, and you may have to return at a later time. If you are enrolled in the Patient Portal, you may schedule your own appointment (limited to brief visits but not physical exams, procedures or complex problems).
Please assist us in scheduling the appropriate amount of time for your appointment by clearly telling the receptionist all the problems you wish to have addressed. Otherwise, your provider may request that you reschedule for an additional visit.
Allergy shots, immunization updates, other therapeutic injections, and lab work are available by appointment only.
Patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment for completion of necessary paperwork.
If you arrive late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.
If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please call to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise it may be considered a missed appointment. This makes the time available for other patients. Due to the limited number of appointments available, we will discontinue providing care to patients who have missed three appointments without calling our office to cancel or reschedule.
We always try to minimize the time you wait for your appointment. Unfortunately, your doctor may occasionally be delayed, causing your wait to be longer than usual. If this occurs and you would rather not wait, you may reschedule.
